We are looking for a committed, ambitious and reliable individual to manage our 2nd team.
Pontnewynydd AFC’s 2nd team is currently playing out of the Gwent Central Division 2 branch of the Gwent County FA leagues.

The Role
- Taking full training sessions and match-day responsibilities for own team
- Responsible for player development
- Will work alongside Director of Football in implementing the philosophy of the club
- Able to deliver first-class sessions, age and ability specific
- To create a family and friendly environment
- To push players to their full potential
- To remain unbiased and open-minded to players’ strengths and weaknesses.
- To be an overall friendly and approachable person looking to better the club
Experience!
Experience is desired but not essential.
